So far in my early days, I have already experienced some great things. I have experienced that Silvi is an amazing support for all types of women and really does empower us to do amazing things. Silvi is genuinely kind and totally invested in your health and wellbeing. I love the fact that you can get your bloods done and they tell you so much about what your body is lacking and needs. I have tried for years with my GP but they aren’t interested! The way i think about what Silvi offers is a lifestyle not a diet. I know that this is it for me. Its fairly easy to get the hang of and the food is abundant. I am not starving at all, im feeding and fueling my body. The exercise is easy for me as i have always been active and love my gym but couldn’t shift the weight and worst of all get cravings but with this balanced eating plan it really curves those cravings. Thanks Silvi, keeping on giving 😊
